And the funniest thing is this practice of ours absolutely unequivocally contravenes our constitution, atleast the 1963 constitution that the 1999 was predicated. We are beginining to see solution though; in Lagos, Fashola is making sure competent people regardless of your state of origin, as long as you reside in Lagos and competent, you are put to use. Same had happened in Ekiti State in the previous administration. If we continue to point out this unconstitutional behavior, what is taking place in Lagos may cause a domino effect on other surrounding states, and will spread! You are dead on point author.
