Bubbling Under | #Seven – Love Me or Leave Me
Music — By Jaguda on November 8, 2009 5:52 pmA poet by nature and a fan of the music art form, this Atlanta based rapper/song writer/producer may seem like a new comer to the public eye but is actually an old soul with an ear for music. The artist known as #Seven was born and raised in Nigeria and fell in love with music at a young age. Heavily influenced by all genres of music, he doesn’t place any particular definition on his brand of music. Responsible for songs like “Nigerian girl” and “Wind ur waist”. Seven brings to the table a party vibe with a very conscious background which is evident in the song “Cry”. This Atlanta based artist is already making waves in the Nigerian mix tape circuit as he has been featured on numerous releases by the infamous “Naija DJs”.
#Seven is the Co-founder and C.E.O. of Knotorized Entertainment and Addicted to Music Entertainment, both Atlanta based record labels. His work is mainly influenced by artists like Fela, Jay-Z, Bob Marley, Akon, and Tupac Shakur. His drive to success is fueled by his dream to help the less privileged and the struggling youth of African nations.
