Naija All Stars – My Pain (Tribute to Da Grin)

Jaguda April 29, 2010 23
...

With each song that comes out paying tribute to Da Grin, it sinks in more that he is actually gone. I’m not sure why, but it still hurts to think that one of our brightest stars was taken away at such a young age. Still shocking. RIP Da Grin.

4. ELDEE
5. OMAWUMI

Is it a crime for someone to have money? I think in Nigeria it is crime. Because his death is not ordinary but only God knows. What a pity? My Guy, My Boy, My Rapper and My faithful and loyal friend is no more alive.

May soul his soul rest in perfect peace. Because I love you but God loves you more than me.

My advice goes to everybody that takes this life very hard…. If you do good things you will reap it b4 you die and if you do bad things' you will reap it because good and bad know one will go free. You will have your own share before you die.

If Da – Grin is not kind and respectful to everybody no one will come together and sing for him. Search your heart by asking yourself "am I doing the will of God?".

Let us live as if tommorrow will not wake up. What is the profit of a man to gain the whole world and lose the soul? My brother and my sister DO GOOD because nobody knows tommorrow. It is not a cause we can die at anytime because this life full of evil.

So be watchful and be prayerful everyday. Anytime anything can happen. But I pray may good news and good things continue to happen throughout of our life. Amen. Da – Grin Rest in Peace!!!

The Naija music industry has got to gear up and change some things for the better cos a sacrifice like DaGrin's aint ordinary he didnt die for nothing but for something just like Aaliyah,2pac,biggie,pimp-c, Eazy-E and Left-Eye did in the states….my believe is that he will come back in the nearest future when i would have dropped my music outfit and at that time naija music industry would have been a better institution…the posthumous song 'if i die' is an epitome of what a Legend should be…..R.I.P Ur majesty King of Naija Rap…Flonii says so..
