I have always had a dream of becoming a fashion designer. I admire young sexy independent women, their styles and what I see daily. Various style pieces combined with my personal instincts and values helped me develop a distinct style called PHEBE. This is me. My heart was put into every piece so you have a little part of me. Making clothes bring me joy and I hope as you see and wear them, the happy energy passes on.
